We do not collect information from visitors of our site or other details to help you with your experience. We collect information from you when you contact us for support or request for download link via email after converting the document. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.
How do we use your information?
We use your information to help you if you request for the download link of your converted file or contact us for any custom query or support. We don't sell any services so we don't use your informations for offering any products. We may use your information for sending you the update of our website if there is any update which is important for you. We never sell any information to others and we don't require any subscription. So basically we don't use your information if you don't want to share.
